  Excellent service ....so far. I just looked up SGIO number to provide them with some banking details for a claim and noticed the low star count, so read some of the reviews. I am hoping that I have not made a mistake insuring all my properties with them. We have had to make some substantial claims for water damage and theft and I can not praise them high enough. Claims were settled promptly and without any problems. The motorbike theft was a little more long winded, only because no arrest was made before the 2 weeks. They settled the claim and a week later police tells us they have made an arrest ...SGIO credited our account within days of the arrest with our excess....BRILLIANT. I always shop around at renewal time.....it is apparently mandatory :-)
